1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between you and our company when using the application. By downloading, registering for, or otherwise using the application, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms in full.
2. Account Registration and User Rights
- Users must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
- Each user may hold only one registered account.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials.
- Transferring or sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
Making a Booking
A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful completion of a booking. All bookings are subject to confirmation by the respective property or establishment. In the event that capacity is exceeded, a booking may be cancelled at the discretion of the property.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation terms and conditions are determined by the individual property or establishment. Refund policies are governed by the rules of each respective property and will be handled accordingly. Our application acts solely as a booking intermediary; financial disputes must be resolved directly with the relevant property.
The application serves as an information and intermediary platform and bears no direct liability for the quality of services provided by listed properties or for the fulfillment of bookings.
4. Reviews and Ratings
- Users are expected to submit only honest, accurate, and fair reviews based on genuine personal experience.
- We reserve the right to remove any review containing offensive language, defamatory statements, or personal attacks.
- Submitting promotional content, spam, or unsolicited advertising within reviews is strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be submitting fabricated or misleading reviews.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Unauthorized access to the application’s systems, servers, or databases
- Creating fraudulent bookings or submitting false reviews
- Accessing, using, or exploiting the personal data of other users
- Taking any action intended to disrupt, impair, or interfere with the normal operation of the application
- Using any intellectual property within the application without prior written authorization
6. Fees and Commission
- A service fee may be applied to bookings made through the application.
- All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed to the user prior to completing a booking.
- All payments are processed through systems authorized and recognized by the Bank of Mongolia.
7. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held liable for errors made by properties, the quality of services rendered, losses incurred during travel, or circumstances arising from natural disasters or force majeure events. The application serves as an information and intermediary platform.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and text within the application are the property of our company and are protected under Mongolian copyright law. Unauthorized copying or distribution is strictly prohibited.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be resolved through mutual agreement in accordance with Mongolian law. If mutual agreement cannot be reached, the matter shall be referred to the competent court of Ulaanbaatar city.
10. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Notice of significant changes will be provided at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the application following notification constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

1. Ерөнхий заалт
Энэхүү үйлчилгээний нөхцөл нь аппликейшниг ашиглах үед таны болон манай компанийн хооронд үүсэх эрх, үүрэг, хариуцлагыг зохицуулна. Аппликейшнийг татаж авах, бүртгүүлэх, эсвэл ашиглахад эдгээр нөхцөлийг хүлээн зөвшөөрсөн гэж үзнэ.
2. Бүртгэл ба хэрэглэгчийн эрх
- Бүртгэл үүсгэхэд 16-аас дээш насны байх шаардлагатай.
- Та үнэн зөв мэдээлэл оруулах үүрэгтэй.
- Нэг хэрэглэгч зөвхөн нэг бүртгэлтэй байна.
- Нэвтрэх мэдээллийн аюулгүй байдлыг өөрөө хариуцна.
- Бүртгэлийг бусдад шилжүүлэх, дамжуулах хориотой.
3. Захиалга ба цуцлалт
Захиалга хийх
Захиалга хийсний дараа баталгаажуулах имэйл хүлээн авна. Захиалга нь байгууллагын баталгаажуулалтаас хамаарна. Хүчин чадлаас хэтрэх тохиолдолд захиалга цуцлагдаж болно.
Цуцлалт ба буцаан олголт
Цуцлалтын нөхцөл нь тухайн байгууллагаас хамаарна. Буцаан олголтын журам нь байгууллага бүрийн дүрмийн дагуу шийдвэрлэгдэнэ. Манай апп нь захиалга зуучлагчийн үүрэг гүйцэтгэх бөгөөд санхүүгийн маргааныг байгууллагатай шууд шийдвэрлэнэ.
Аппликейшн нь зуучлагч платформ бөгөөд байгууллагуудын үйлчилгээний чанар, захиалгын биелэлтэд шууд хариуцлага хүлээхгүй.
4. Сэтгэгдэл ба үнэлгээ
- Зөвхөн үнэн зөв, шударга сэтгэгдэл үлдээнэ үү.
- Доромжлол, гүтгэлэг, хувийн халдлага агуулсан сэтгэгдлийг устгах эрхтэй.
- Сурталчилгаа, спам агуулсан сэтгэгдэл хориотой.
- Зохиомол эсвэл худал сэтгэгдэл үлдээсэн хэрэглэгчийн бүртгэлийг хаах эрхтэй.
5. Хориотой үйлдэл
Дараах үйлдлийг хориглоно:
- Аппын систем, мэдээллийн сан руу зөвшөөрөлгүй нэвтрэх
- Хуурамч захиалга, сэтгэгдэл үүсгэх
- Бусад хэрэглэгчийн мэдээллийг ашиглах
- Аппын үйл ажиллагааг тасалдуулах аливаа арга хэмжээ авах
- Оюуны өмчийг зөвшөөрөлгүй ашиглах
6. Төлбөр ба комисс
- Аппаар дамжуулан хийсэн захиалгад үйлчилгээний хөлс авч болно.
- Хөлсний хэмжээ захиалга хийхийн өмнө тодорхой харуулагдана.
- Төлбөр нь Монгол банкны баталгаажсан систем ашиглан боловсруулагдана.
7. Хариуцлага хязгаарлах
Бид аппаар дамжуулан хийгдсэн захиалгатай холбоотой байгууллагын гаргасан алдаа, үйлчилгээний чанар, аялалын хохирол, байгалийн гамшгаас үүдсэн нөхцөлд хариуцлага хүлээхгүй. Аппликейшн нь мэдээллийн болон зуучлагч платформ юм.
8. Оюуны өмч
Аппликейшн дахь бүх контент, дизайн, лого, текст нь манай компанийн өмч бөгөөд Монгол улсын зохиогчийн эрхийн хуулиар хамгаалагдана. Зөвшөөрөлгүй хуулбарлах, тараах хориотой.
9. Маргаан шийдвэрлэх
Аливаа маргааныг Монгол улсын хууль тогтоомжийн дагуу эхлээд харилцан тохиролцлын замаар шийдвэрлэхийг зорино. Харилцан тохиролцоонд хүрэхгүй тохиолдолд Улаанбаатар хотын эрх бүхий шүүхэд хандана.
10. Нөхцөл өөрчлөх
Бид үйлчилгээний нөхцөлийг өөрчлөх эрхтэй. Томоохон өөрчлөлтийн тухай 14 хоногийн өмнө мэдэгдэл илгээнэ. Аппыг үргэлжлүүлэн ашиглах нь шинэ нөхцөлийг хүлээн зөвшөөрсөнтэй адилтгана.
